END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. INTRODUCTION

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and The Satori Association ("Licensor"), governing your access to and use of the website https://satorinet.io ("Website"). The Website allows users to download the Satori Neuron software, learn about the Satori project, and view predictions generated by the Satori Network. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Website.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Website provides the following services:

Information about the Satori project and its initiatives.
The ability to download the Satori Neuron software.
Access to and interaction with the predictions generated by the Satori Network.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Users agree to:

Not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the data contained therein.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE

The Software available for download on the Website is governed by its own End User License Agreement (EULA), which must be accepted separately prior to downloading or using the Software.

7. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing your contact information on the website or in the downloaded Satori Neuron software, you consent to The Satori Association contacting you via email, mobile SMS, or voice calls for the purposes of account verification, providing updates, and ensuring the security of your account. This communication is necessary to maintain the integrity of the services provided by the Website and to assist in any verification or security processes required.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(i) Your use or inability to use the Website;
(ii) Any unauthorized access to or use of the Website;
(iii) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website;
(iv) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Website by any third party;
(v) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Licensor has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. TERMINATION

Licensor may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE EULA

12. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. The parties agree to submit the dispute to a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Switzerland. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, it shall then be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Licensor regarding the use of the Website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
